Project Managers

KPO’s unique hand-on-approach when dealing with all our clients requires Project Managers to personally handle campaigns. We assign a Project Manager for each campaign whose main responsibility is to monitor that the tailor-made business plan is executed without a hitch and that the clients’ business goals are met. The PM controls everything related to the campaign he is assigned to.

Communication. KPO knows that communication is the foundation of all successful business relationships including outsourcing partnerships. To maintain good relations between us and our clients, we make sure that our ATLs and Project Managers are available at any time in case clients need to get in touch with them. The main point-of-contact for each campaign is the PM; he serves as the day-to-day liaison between KPO and the client.

Management. Our Project Managers usually handle up to three campaigns each; however, if the client requires a dedicated PM for his campaign, KPO can easily accommodate this request. Each campaign also has a dedicated Assistant Team Leader (ATL) who serves as the team’s coach. The ATL is tasked with ensuring that the team’s skills are up to par with the client’s and KPO’s standards.

The Project Manager understands your business goals, and works to translate them into results. The PM controls the campaign, making sure that it is on-time, on-track and still within the approved budget. The careful execution of a business plan spells the success or failure of a campaign, so KPO makes it a point to only assign very talented and skilled Project Managers with years of experience handling campaigns similar in size or industry.
