KPO.com’s leaders are CEO Ben Davidowitz, President of Philippine Operations Paul Rivera and President of U.S. Operations Henry Chang.

Across daily operations, they are supported by some of the Philippines’ most experienced managers delivering results for global clients.

Originally a business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, the company shifted into knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services five years ago. Offering higher value services was the logical next step for the company and KPO.com was firmly established.

Ben Davidowitz – CEO
Mr. Davidowitz has over 10 years senior management experience in fast-paced call center environments within the financial services and technology sectors. He spearheaded the establishment of Fisher Investments’ telemarketing department. As a privately-held $40 billion asset management firm, Fisher Investments serves high net worth individuals and institutional investors around the world. Under the leadership of Mr. Davidowitz, the telemarketing department of 60 agents fuelled the firm’s near 30% annual asset growth trajectory from 2002 to 2006.

Mr. Davidowitz then re-engineered the telesales department for Proxim Wireless, a San Jose California-based manufacturer of WiFi and WiMAX hardware. He complemented the company’s domestic telesales staff with an offshore call center in the Philippines.

In addition, Mr. Davidowitz has also managed AOL Time Warner’s CompuServe retention department and other in-house sales and retention teams. He also has experience with hosting on-premise CRM and auto-dialer solutions, including Siebel OnDemand, Salesforce.com, Onyx and Five9.

Mr. Davidowitz graduated from Florida Atlantic University.

Paul Rivera – President of Operations, Philippines
Mr. Rivera leads daily operations of KPO.com’s office in the Philippines. Prior to working with KPO.com, Mr. Rivera was an AdWords Associate for Google where he built and supported Google advertisers’ online campaigns.

He also worked as a Product Manager for Mercantila LLC, a venture-backed online retailer in San Francisco. During his tenure at Mercantilla, Mr. Rivera established a satellite office in Bangalore, India for the company’s marketing, engineering and customer service departments. In India, Mr. Rivera hired, trained, mentored and worked directly with over 50 team members.

Mr. Rivera is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and is fluent in Tagalog.

Henry Chang – President of Operations, USA
Mr. Chang has over 10 years sales and marketing experience. He has worked with various high-profile financial services firms including Fortis, Citibank and Fisher Investments – where he worked as an Account Executive, gathering clients and assets. Mr. Chan then moved into Sales Management hiring, training and managing the company’s sales team members.

With Fisher Investments, Mr. Chang helped the firm gather more than $75 million in assets, working closely with Mr. Davidowitz to establish the internal telesales/telemarketing group. The department grew to approximately 100 employees in three years, generated over 40,000 qualified sales leads leading to over $400 million under asset management.

Mr. Chang is a graduate of the University of California and is fluent in Mandarin.
